Most of our volume ships under our customers' own brands. This page is not a list of capabilities — it is the work itself, in the order it happens.
Six steps, one programme
Step 1 — Scope
You send
Your brand files, the categories you need, target market and volume.
You get back
A model shortlist, finish options, and a first indication of tooling and MOQ.
Step 2 — Specification
You send
Approval on models and finishes.
You get back
A written specification — dimensions, finishes, logo positions, carton artwork, manual layout and your own model codes. This document is the reference for every future reorder.
Step 3 — Tooling and sampling
You send
Tooling deposit where a custom mould or new finish is required.
You get back
Pre-production samples for approval. Tooling is refunded in full once cumulative volume reaches the agreed quantity.
Step 4 — Production
You send
The purchase order and deposit.
You get back
A production schedule, and in-line inspection during the run.
Step 5 — Inspection and loading
You send
Nothing.
You get back
Inspection results and container loading photographs before the container is sealed.
Step 6 — Reorder and service
You send
A reorder against the same specification.
You get back
The identical product, plus spare parts by the piece for what is already installed.

- Inside the tank body, laser marked

- On the flush plate
- On the carton, printed
- On the protective foam, in a custom foam colour

Packaging levels
- Woven bag — lowest freight cost, for project volume
- Inner box plus outer carton — retail-ready, typically 5 or 50 pieces per carton
- Custom printed carton — your artwork
- Custom-coloured protective foam with your logo
Commercial terms
Price basis: FOB Foshan. Other terms on request.
Payment: 30% deposit, balance before loading.
Tooling: Quoted separately, refunded in full at agreed cumulative volume.
MOQ: Low on standard models. Mixed containers accepted.
